This Super Lightweight Kendogi from the Seido brand is a high-quality product imported directly from Japan.
The Seido brand, based in Japan, has enlisted the services of some of the last great Japanese artisans and offers products made in the strictest Japanese tradition, combining fine craftsmanship with incomparable quality materials.
This Seido Wakaru Kendogi made in Japan features a traditional indigo dye called "Bushu Aizome", which gives it a perfectly uniform and very pleasing colour. Another distinctive feature of this model is its full "Diamond" weave, slightly longer than classic models (by about 3cm).
Dragon Bleu’s opinion: With a weight of 700 grams for size 4, the Seido Wakaru Kendogi is very comfortable to wear during intense sessions or when the temperature rises. For care, we recommend following the manufacturer’s advice. Namely: as with Aizome Hakama, to fix the dye as much as possible, it is recommended to soak your jacket in salted and/or vinegar water overnight, and to repeat this process at least 3 times. Note, however, that Kendogi fade less than Hakama. Hand wash in cold water, and especially, wash alone without any other clothing.
