Fitting Instructions:
Step 1: Fill a saucepan with 5 to 10 cm of water. Bring to a boil.
Step 2: Remove the water from the heat source. Let it sit for 30 seconds, then place the mouthguard in the water for 60 seconds. Do not exceed 60 seconds.
Step 3: Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water using a slotted spoon.
Step 4: Cool the mouthguard under running tap water for 1 to 2 seconds.
Step 5: Moisten your lips before placing the mouthguard in your mouth.
Step 6: Align the mouthguard with the centre line of your teeth. Adjust it over and around the upper teeth, pressing firmly on the molars first, then the front teeth.
Step 7: Close your mouth and bite down firmly on the mouthguard. Suck in strongly. Use your fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard against your teeth.
Step 8: Remove the mouthguard from your mouth and fully immerse it in a cup containing ice and cold water – leave it to cool for 2 minutes. Place the mouthguard back in your mouth and check the fit.
Repeat steps 1 to 8 if the fit is not precise.
