Fitting Instructions:
Step 1: Fill a saucepan with 5 to 10 cm of water. Bring to a boil.
Step 2: Remove the water from the heat source. Let it stand for 30 seconds, then place the mouthguard in the water for 60 seconds. Do not exceed 60 seconds.
Step 3: Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water using a slotted spoon.
Step 4: Cool the mouthguard under running tap water for 1 to 2 seconds.
Step 5: Moisten your lips before placing the mouthguard in your mouth.
Step 6: Align the mouthguard with the centre line of your teeth. Fit the mouthguard over and around your upper teeth, pressing firmly first on the molars, then on the front teeth.
Step 7: Close your mouth and bite down firmly on the mouthguard. Suck in strongly. Use your fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard onto your teeth.
Step 8: Remove the mouthguard from your mouth and fully immerse it in a cup of ice and cold water – leave it to cool for 2 minutes. Replace the mouthguard in your mouth and check the fit.
Repeat steps 1 to 8 if the fit is not precise.
