The Fightart full karate mitt is approved by the French Karate Federation for karate competitions. Its innovative shape fully wraps the karateka’s fist, similar to a boxing glove, to optimise the practitioner’s level of protection.

This new variant of the original karate mitt offers various advantages, including avoiding potential time losses on the mat due to fingers coming out of the mitt, or when one of the two fighters is injured because fingers have come out of the protection.

This mitt provides an additional guarantee of safety. The Fightart full protection remains lightweight and is made of durable, easy-to-maintain materials. The outer surface can be cleaned with a damp sponge; be sure to dry the protection thoroughly, avoiding direct contact with a heat source (radiator, etc.).

The protection is tightened at the wrist with an elastic band allowing easy and quick adjustment. The protection offers sufficient impact absorption capacity for karate practice (excluding ‘karate contact’ and ‘kyokushinkai karate’ styles) and the entire protection has received approval under current European standards (CE).

This karate mitt, available in size 2XS for children up to XL for adults, is suitable for both training sessions and competitions organised under the aegis of the French Karate Federation (FFKarate).
